Are you not satisfied with a product? Then you can return this product. Items purchased from Stipt Polish Point Shop can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed.

If you choose to return products, we ask you to use the withdrawal model below. You can also inform us by sending an email to: support@stiptpolishpointshop.nl. Please note that you must return the products within 14 days of informing us.

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will begin assessing the returned items and processing your refund. Money will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of the aforementioned assessment. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
